Simone has been an athlete her whole life and transitioned into bodybuilding in her late teens. Always having a passion for movement and the human body it was no surprised she took the massage therapy program at Lambton College. While taking the program Simone enhanced her knowledge and got her personal trainers certificate with CanFitPro. With that certificate she has to run bootcamps, mobility classes and dry land training with hockey teams. Graduating from Lambton College in 2023 has given her over 300 hours of clinical experience working with the community of Sarnia Lambton. Some of her favourite experiences were working the pregnancy/infant clinic, working with athletes, working at retirement homes and the Brain Injury Society. Simone is prepped with all the tools to work on injuries, swelling, chronic fatigue as well as trigger points and muscle spasms. Registered with the CMTO, Simone is ready to treat your musculoskeletal concerns.
