Kristen Nield has been In the Holistic Health Industry for over 8 years, previously working as a manager at another local supplement store before joining Bluewater Nutrition where she has been for the past 5 years.

Kristen has always had a passion for sports and fitness. Having a background as an athlete and competing in bodybuilding competitions with her husband, has led to her knowledge with Sport Supplementation and Nutrition. Although she no longer competes, Kristen knows the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, especially being a mom of two young children.

Kristen’s life has inspired her to further her knowledge for both herself, her family, and the customers of Bluewater Nutrition as she is currently finishing her education to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. She plans to focus her practice on Sports Nutrition as well as Plant-Based Nutrition for Children. Kristen has been vegan for over 9 years and is always eager to help and educate others on how to incorporate and maintain a healthy, well-balanced plant-based lifestyle. Chloe Yazdani has been with Bluewater Nutrition ever since the beginning as she always enjoyed tagging along to work with her father, Frank, from the early age of 3 years old. She has seen the business flourish from being Bluewater Bulk & Health in the Bayside Mall, to the wonderful multi-faceted business it is today. She grew a passion for nutrition and health as she started “officially” working part-time while in high school, and eventually grew into a full-time position. Through her position, she has grown Bluewater Nutrition’s social media presence and created an e-Commerce website in 2022 so that customers across Canada can shop from the comfort of their home. Chloe’s love for wellness lead her to competing in two bodybuilding competitions in the figure division. She won the Overall title at her first show in 2016 and won both the Junior title and her height class in 2017 at provincials, which qualified her to compete nationally, but she decided it was best for both her physical and mental health to stop competing but continues to work out regularly. Chloe understands the balance that is required for a healthy and happy life and enjoys guiding customers to make the best decisions for themselves whether it be through supplementation or directing them to the best practitioner in the clinic for their needs. She is currently in her second year at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy where she is pursuing her Master of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences. Chloe hopes to begin her practice at Bluewater Nutrition when she graduates and help clients achieve optimal health through the science of osteopathy and nutrition.
