Chloe Yazdani, MOMSc, is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to move, feel, and function at their best. Her approach is rooted in the principles of osteopathy, recognizing that the body possesses an inherent capacity for self-regulation and healing when its structure and function are working in harmony. She is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care, meeting each patient where they are and supporting people of all ages and backgrounds on their journey toward better health.
Growing up at Bluewater Nutrition, Chloe developed an early appreciation for holistic healthcare. While spending 16 years helping customers in the retail store, she had the unique opportunity to witness the positive impact that holistic and complementary healthcare could have on individuals through the Bluewater Nutrition Holistic Clinic. Observing the collaborative approach of the clinic's practitioners inspired her passion for healthcare and reinforced her belief in treating the body as a whole rather than focusing solely on symptoms. Joining the Bluewater Nutrition Holistic Clinic as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner is both a professional milestone and a meaningful full-circle moment, bringing her back to the place where her passion for healthcare and making an impact in peoples lives first began.
Inspired by her own experiences as an athlete, Chloe discovered osteopathy after years of competitive soccer, figure bodybuilding, and navigating the injuries that often accompany an active lifestyle. Osteopathic treatment allowed her to continue doing what she loved while fostering a deep appreciation for the relationship between structure, function, and the body's remarkable ability to adapt. That experience ultimately led her to complete the Master of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (MOMSc) at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
Chloe's practice is guided by a thorough understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, and osteopathic principles. Rather than focusing solely on where symptoms are experienced, she takes a whole-body approach to identify the underlying restrictions that may be contributing to pain or dysfunction. Each assessment and treatment is individualized, with the goal of improving mobility, supporting healthy circulation, restoring efficient movement, and helping the body function as it was designed.
She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and activity levels, whether they are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, seeking support during pregnancy, returning to sport, or simply looking to move and feel their best. Chloe has a particular interest in helping patients understand their bodies, empowering them through education while providing personalized, hands-on care.
Outside the clinic, Chloe enjoys playing soccer, strength training, reading, baking family recipes, exploring local trails with her dogs, and spending time outdoors. These experiences continue to reinforce her belief that movement, balance, and lifelong health go hand in hand.
Chloe is proud to be part of the Bluewater Nutrition team and looks forward to helping patients improve their movement, support their overall health, and achieve their goals through a principles-based approach to osteopathic care.
