Meghan has always had an interest in the human body and how it moves. Growing up an athlete, Meghan has always worked to optimize her own body’s movement and performance, so it seemed natural for her to pursue an undergraduate degree in studying other bodies’ movement and performance. She completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph in June of 2014. Looking for an avenue to apply her newfound knowledge, she enrolled at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy that fall. She graduated from the program in the fall of 2018 and immediately filled a small practice. In the past 10 years, Meghan has worked with physiotherapists in sports clinics, and rehab centres; as a personal trainer - specifically focusing on weight loss for women; and as a Osteopathic Manual Practitioner using the skills attained at the CAO.
